The report shows the Date the job was created, Job Deadline, Job Number, Job Name, Job Owner, Job Status and the Client Name

Total Active Quotes

Total Active Quotes shows the total of active/reportable quotes on the job.

Please refer to our knowledge base for more information on understanding active statuses

Time & Materials

Time & Materials shows both the Cost and Sell rates of time entries

Time & Materials Costs

The cost value of Time & Materials is based first on the cost assigned to the staff member entering in the time on the job. This can be set under the Setup > System Setup > Users section in Streamtime.

Or if you do not apply a cost to a staff member, the cost will come from cost price for the time entry item which can be set in the Cost Matrix.

Note: If there are no costs in either of those places, then there'll be no time and materials costs on the report.

Time and Materials Sell Value

The Sell value is the potential value of each time entry. This is calculated using the sell rate of the item, from the cost matrix pricing tier associated to the client/job.

Purchase Orders

The report will also return any 'active' Purchase Orders and display the Cost and Sell rates.

1. The order must have an active/reportable status to show in this report.

2. The cost is the amount entered in the cost column on the order, the amount it will cost you.

3. The sell is the amount entered in the sell column on the order, the amount you hope to charge your client.

Time Spent

Time spent is also included in this report.

This is taken from staff time entries which can be viewed in Jobs > Costs

Total Estimated Time

Total Estimated time for each job will also be displayed.

This is taken from Jobs > Notes & Tasks and is a total of all estimated time for all tasks assigned to each job.

Invoice Amount

Finally the report will display any Invoices on the job and will include the invoice number, invoice date and the amount invoiced.

Note: All non-home branch figures are converted to the home branch currency using the exchange rate values entered against a branch, unless you search by branch, in which case the result is in the branch currency.
