On a Request for Tender or Purchase Order you can create custom specifications fields that can be pre populated to make creating a Tender or Purchase Order easier.

Setup custom fields


Go to Setup > System Setup > Orders


Click in the Field Name column and type in a name for that Custom Field


Click the drop down arrow in the Values For List field and click Edit


You can then edit this field by adding a list of items.
Once finished click OK.


There are 15 custom fields in total, so you have 15 fields you can customise.


Once you've customised the fields they'll be available to use in Orders > Order Details > Custom/History


Fill in the specs required for the Request or Purchase Order


And when you're ready to send it to your Supplier, click the Print/Send button and in the Print Centre select either the Request for Tenders with Specifications or Purchase Order with Specifications.
