Do not be alarmed if you see this message, it just means that a job you are trying to modify is locked.

So if you're trying to modify a job or an invoice, quote or order related to a job, and that job is locked, you'll get this message. 

Navigate to the job and if you look in the top right hand corner you will see the padlock is locked. 

Click the padlock and when the pop up appears click Unlock. 

Note: Unlocking a job requires the Admin password. Check with the person who manages your Streamtime system if you need help.

Type in the password and click OK.

Note: The password is case sensitive. 

The job will now be unlocked.

If you wish to lock the job again, just click the open padlock to lock it.
