Shows all the time and materials generated by staff on a job and includes the hours or quantity, internal costs and the potential value of the time.
To access this report go to Reports > Timesheet/Costs and the select Time and Materials (by Staff and Job) report.

How to view your report
You can choose to preview your report, print it, make a PDF or export your report to excel so you can use the data to create your own reports.
Report Overview
This report is broken down first by staff member (1), then by job (2) and shows the category and task (3) that the staff member has entered time against on each job.
Hours Spent
The number of hours recorded against a particular category and task, on a particular job.
Quantity
This looks at any quantity based items that a staff member has entered as a material entry.
A material is entered like a time entry, however the item in the cost matrix is set to be sold as a quantity not time e.g. taxis, colour print outs, couriers etc.
Cost
The cost column is the cost of the time and material entries on the job.
The cost value of Time is based first on the cost assigned to the staff member entering in the time on the job. This can be set under the Setup > System Setup > Users section in Streamtime.
Or if you do not apply a cost to a staff member, the cost will come from cost price for the time entry item which can be set in the Cost Matrix.
Note: If costs are not setup in either of these areas no costs will be appear on this report.
Sell Value
Sell Value refers to the value of time on the job.
This is based on the pricing tier rate for the item selected in the time or material entry.
