Streamtime is running a bit slow, how can I speed it up?

If your Streamtime database is slow to load, here are the areas you can optimise.

Streamtime database running a bit slow? Then the first thing to do is make sure you're on the latest versions of Streamtime and FileMaker.

If you're not on the latest versions, email support@streamtime.net and our support team can book in a time to update for you.

If your Streamtime & FileMaker are the latest versions, here are some other things you can do to improve speed.

There are three main areas that you can influence in order to improve your Streamtime performance:

  1. Things you can do within Streamtime

  2. Things you can do on your Server

  3. Things you can do on your User Machines

Using Streamtime Web will also give you a faster experience.
