Streamtime requires a plugin called Fusion Reactor to operate.

Fusion Reactor manages various areas within Streamtime such as the My Calendar and Task Calendar views.

We are aware of some customers experiencing issues related to the installation of the Reactor plugin or unsuccessful loading of calendar views; these issues have been resolved in Streamtime 13.0v9 [D2E] or later.

If you're already using Streamtime 13.0v9 or above, please contact us.

For clients using Streamtime 13.0v8 or below, you can either upgrade or manually install the Fusion Reactor Plugin yourself, which will resolve these issues without the need to upgrade.
