Installing FileMaker Pro

Streamtime for your desktop computer requires FileMaker Pro to be installed. The correct version will depend on the version of Streamtime you are running.

Streamtime 14v3 and above:

Mac - FileMaker Pro 14
Windows - FileMaker Pro 14 64 bit / FileMaker Pro 14 32 bit

Please check your computer meets the System Requirements 

Streamtime 14v2 and below:

Mac - FileMaker Pro 13
Windows - FileMaker Pro 13

Windows machines will ask you to enter your licence details:

User Name: Streamtime Software Ltd
Organisation: Streamtime Software Ltd
License Key: 3V3KX-16346-5VMN1-21M97-M6116-NMKMV-69JK6

FileMaker Pro is installed, how do I open Streamtime?

If Streamtime is on a server in your office:

Open FileMaker Pro on your machine.

- From the file menu go to File > Open Remote…
- Select your FileMaker Server down the left
- Double click the 'Streamtime' folder in the main panel
- Finally log in with the user name and password you have been provided.

If Streamtime is on a server outside your office:

Contact us and we'll quickly give you a unique link that you paste into your web browser which will automatically open Streamtime for you.
