A report for analysing client manager performance, showing the value of time captured on a job and how much of that time has been invoiced.

You can run this report using the following criteria:

Date Range

Client/Supplier Name

Billable/Non Billable

Job Status

Active Job

Branch

Client Manager

You can choose to preview your report, print it, make a PDF or export your report to Excel so you can use the data to create your own reports.

This report is sorted by Client Manager and lists the jobs they manage by Client name.

Total Time Value is the potential sell or value of time entries on the job.

Note: When filtering by a date range, this column will only show the value of time entries created in the date range.

As mentioned above the Time Value in this report is the potential value or sell rate of the time entries.

Streamtime looks at the item chosen from the cost matrix and takes the rate from the Pricing Tier associated to the client/job.

Note: Staff can add time or materials as an entry on a job, however only items that are set to Time Based in the cost matrix, will appear on this report.

Total Time Invoiced is the total of time based items on an invoice.

Note: When filtering by a date range, this column will only show time based items (1) on invoices created in the date range (2).

The Variance is Total Time Invoiced less Total Time Value.

% Funded is the percentage of time (based on total time value figure) that has been invoiced.
